9.1 Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase proposal phase.
9.2 All orders are processed by the date indicated in the Order Confirmation communication and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the Order Confirmation date.
Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays are processed from the first subsequent working day.
9.3 If the Seller is unable to meet the above deadline, for any reason or cause, and always barring force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or events not attributable to the Seller, the Seller will promptly send an email to the Customer communicating the new shipping deadline. In this case, the customer will have the right, within 5 working days, to cancel the order and obtain a refund of the full price.
9.4 Shipping costs in Italy are borne by the Customer up to €129.99; shipping will be free and borne by the Seller from €130.00 onwards.
9.5 Shipping costs for Europe and outside Europe are borne by the Customer and are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination country.
9.6 Delivery times are purely indicative and subject to courier availability:
Italy: 1 – 3 working days
Europe: 4 - 6 working days (variable due to customs and destination)
Outside Europe: 6 – 15 working days (variable due to customs and destination)
9.7 We rely on certified express couriers, selected to guarantee punctuality and security. Tracking is sent via email as soon as the order has been shipped.
9.8. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery the next day. Couriers carry out the transport and delivery of products only on weekdays.
9.9 Any delays not attributable to the Seller (strikes, weather conditions, customs, etc.) do not constitute grounds for compensation.
9.10 The risk of loss and/or damage is transferred to the Customer upon delivery to the latter, and it is, in any case, the Customer's responsibility to carry out the necessary checks on the status and conformity of the goods delivered with respect to the order placed, without prejudice to the Seller's responsibility for missing or defective products at the source.
9.11 The delivery times indicated above refer exclusively to products in stock at the time of the purchase order.
