Returns and refunds

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the Product, without
providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an explicit declaration via email to
info@romolinifirenze.com.
Products must be returned within 14 days of sending the communication with which the right of withdrawal is exercised and must be:
intact,
unused,
unwashed,
with original labels and/or packaging.
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code:
tailor-made or personalized goods;
sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
By law, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Shipping, until certified receipt at our warehouse, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the Seller will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods at its warehouses), to allow the Customer to promptly file a claim against the courier chosen by them and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured). The Seller is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of returned goods.
The Seller will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned Products, provided that what is stated in point 10.3 has been fully complied with.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal or return of products that are not intact, used, washed, and/or without original labels and/or packaging, which will be duly photographed and/or filmed upon receipt by the seller, the latter will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs.
Product Returns and Refunds
Returns, other than in cases provided for in the right of withdrawal set out in Article 10 above, must take place no later than 14 days from receipt of the product, with the returned goods arriving at our warehouse no later than the subsequent 14 days.
The product must be intact, must not have been used, and must be returned in its original packaging including the original label/tag.

The Seller, after receiving the product and verifying its integrity, will refund the customer only the price of the product.
If the Customer has used the Klarna payment method, a return is not possible, but an exchange is.
If the Customer has purchased a made-to-order, custom-made, or personalized product, neither a return nor an exchange is possible.
Returns of exchanged items are not permitted.
The Seller is not responsible for refunds relating to Products shipped but not received by the Seller due to loss, theft, damage, or other causes not attributable to the Seller.
All products purchased from the Site at a discount through sales or discount codes are not returnable, but can only be exchanged for other goods for sale on the site. In such cases, a refund is therefore excluded, but an exchange is only granted according to the procedures in point 12.
The shipping costs for the return are borne by the Customer.
Exchange
To exchange a Product, you must send an email to info@romolinifirenze.com or fill out the form on the dedicated page, communicating the decision to exercise the right to exchange no later than 14 days from receipt of the Product, with the goods returning to our warehouse within the same timeframe.
The product must be intact, must not have been used or washed, and must be returned in its original packaging including the original label/tag.

Once the package is received, the Seller will evaluate the condition of the Product sent and will make the exchange by arranging to ship it, charging the customer for the costs.
If the Customer has purchased a made-to-order, custom-made, or personalized product, neither a return nor an exchange is possible.
The Seller is not responsible for refunds relating to Products shipped but not received by the Seller due to loss, theft, damage, or other causes not attributable to the Seller.
The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
